Matthew D. Hunt, DC
Matthew D. Hunt, “Dr Matt”, is a Tulsa native. He received his doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa before setting up his practice in Tulsa. Dr. Matt has been under gentle chiropractic care since he was a child. “As the twig is bent, so grows the tree” is a common saying that changed his life. Dr Matt has experienced improved quality of life under upper cervical and cranial sacral techniques and wants to help others enjoy life to its fullest.
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Matt Hunt was born in 1974 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He began studying towards a Bachelor of Sciences/Pre-Chiropractic degree at North Arkansas Community College in Harrison, AR and finished at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. In 2001, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Hunt worked in two NUCCA offices before forming Hunt Spinal Care in Tulsa, OK in 2002. Dr. Hunt utilizes primarily NUCCA/QSM3 and Neuro Cranial Integration (NCi) techniques to gently correct spinal related conditions without forceful manipulation, drugs or surgery. NUCCA and QSM3 are upper-cervical specific corrective techniques. Dr. Hunt trained in the NUCCA procedure at Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa and at technique seminars across the country. Dr. Hunt has committed his entire professional career identifying and implementing programs and procedures that offer safe, effective and clinically-proven methods of regaining health, function and quality of life. “I am dedicated to the service and care of my patients, ranging from a new born to the elderly, and am currently seeing patients all over Oklahoma.”
Stephen W. Paxton, DC
Stephen W. Paxton, “Dr. Steve”, has a passion for helping people live their lives to the fullest. He received his doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He loves hearing about and seeing how the lives of patients are improved and hope restored through chiropractic care. Patients love the gentle hands-on chiropractic care that he uses to restore spinal health without the use of drugs, surgery, or forceful adjustments.
Biography:
Dr. Steve Paxton graduated summa cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He and his wife, Carol, have been married for more than 35 years and have three grown daughters, a son-in-law, a grandson, grand puppies, and grand cats. When not serving patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, fixing things around the house, traveling, and watching a good movie with his wife. He is active in his church and enjoys going on mission trips around the world.
Prior to studying at Palmer, Dr. Steve spent more than 9 years caring for his congregation as the executive pastor at his church in Fort Collins, CO. Prior to that, he spent 23 years at HP/Agilent Technologies in Colorado and Texas caring for customers.
